ACTIVITIES & -ANNUAL REPORTS

2000 TO 2007

Following are the detail activities of this organization since its registration:

1. Cultural Programmes: Organised22 Nos. Cultural Group amongst the general and ethnic people of our society. Many local artist and performer joined us and enjoy the objectives of our society. They narrated and, shared their experiences through their performances in various cultural shows, functions and programmes. Our organization has taken special emphasis for national integration and communal harmony, peace and brotherhood amongst the people by organizing meeting, seminar, camp, symposia etc. and bring indigenous cultural tradition and transmit it to new era specially in tribal area and also establish a common platform of our society.

2. Health Programmes: Organised several health care and check up camps for (a ) mother ( b ) child ( c ) supplementary nutrition camp for mothers ( d ) mobile medical units for senior citizens ( e ) voluntary blood donation camp ( f ) pulse polio immunization camp. ( g ) various low cost vaccination camp and over all awarness camp of Aids control and other deseases.

3. Educational Programmes: Organised ( a ) Innovative education programme for adolescent girls ( b ) Integrated educational programme for disabled child ( c ) Vocational training center on computer education type writting, motor driving and afforestation. plantation nursery, grow of saplings etc. ( d ) Educational workshop on art, culture, value added education for teachers and other orientation programme on yoga ( e ) free pre- exams coaching camps fpr poor students ( f )Reading enhancement programme for school boys and girls.

4.Self Employment Programmes: Organised ( a ) Craft training programme for women. girls boys belonging to SC,ST (both H &P ) Tea garden labourer. OBC and minority people ( b ) Formation of S.H.G. for unemployed youth of our society ( c ) Participated S.H.G./ Handloom Mela and exibition with its production ( d ) Participated to the various  programmes by the Govt. and non Govt. Institutions like Bharat. Nirman programe, NRHM, NREGSRTI Act/ 2005 etc. ( e ) Formation of 150 Nos. units of Garden Guards ( Udyan prohoree ) for the protection of Agriculture, Horticulture, Aromatic, Medicinal products of our society and also look up our forest properties   ( f ) Formation of new village defence and development group among the educated unemployed youths from our society member and from village defence parties ( g ) Taken various short term business orientation programme and schemes for the said members and also farmers ( h ) To provide help with all formalities for establish a web sight/ Internet launch for the marketing of the products of the farmer members etc.

5. Environmental Programme: This organisation rendered voluntary efforts to the rural and urban people of our society by creating awarness on Enviromental protection, under pollution control programme. plantation of trees in school, colleges, Govt, Offices, abondoned industry public and private land, road side waste land in different occassions with the assistance of Govt. Deptts. and other associations. This organisation is keen intersted for establishment os a Hightech Nursery, Sattelite Nursury etc. and also to start programmes of other institution and share the experience to other.

6. Women Welfare Programme : After creating serveral awarness programmes on womens of our society as result. " WOMEN GRIEVENCE REDRESS CELL " has been formed in association with Assam police Lakhipur sub division on 2002 for protection of women from sexual harrasment. dowry widow hood. female focticide, female infantricide, gender discrimination, male chauvinism matrimonial disputes. civil disputes etc. 80% of the total member of this cell is belongs to our orgnisation. Above members are called " Investigator " which wprking hard with the help of police department and settled 75 Nos. of women related cases. since its inception the womens ( specially weaker section ) came to the cell and lodged their complain once in a week at local police station after registration of the  case, cell issued notice to the plantiff for hearing, our investigator hear the same and forward the case to the appropriate authority.

March 8th is celebrated every year with great significance.

7. Other Programme : Organised:

( a ) Road safety awarness programme in association with Motor Owner/ Driver association and Transport Deptt.

( b )Animal welfare and wild life protection awarness programme with well wishers.

( c ) Awarness Programme on nutrition with local clubs etc.

( d )   Awarness Programme on nutrition with local clubs etc.

( e ) Awarness Programme on Tourism Development along with tourist spot identification etc.

( f ) Observation Programme on National. International, State level and local observance Day, Gandhi Jayonti etc.

( g ) Celebrated world Environment day, Labour day, Tourism day, Health Day, National Youth day, Children's day, Anti Terrorism day, Human rights day.

( h ) Quami Ekota suptaho, Nutrition week etc.

( i ) Sentinary year of F.A. Ahmed ( Ex President )

( j ) Published " The Witness " ( News Letter on Developmental activities of N.G.O.S. ) And " Prohoree "  ( News letter on village party's activities.
