*  In spite enormous reserves of natural resources, Assam is still far behind from other state of India. In development or in providing basic amenities to it people.

* Unemployment problem is becoming more and more complex as a inevitable effect of unrestricted population boom.

* Society of the state has been gobbled up by limitless corruption, nepotism, regionalism, racism, communalism, disparity in opportunity and privileged and above all economic disparity.

* Whatever the little industrialization and  expansion of trade and commerce took place in the Assam ( Post independence  period ).

* The participation of the indegeneious multitude was very negligible. On the other hand people from other state getting employment in Assam very easily because of superior technical  qualification and better educational privileged outside Assam.

& an organization of alternative concept about all political, racial and religious barriers and limits at the  grassroots level.

1. The object for which the society is established

a) The object of the society is to organize welfare somity for man, woman, children and also for weaker section of the society & low income group working class of rural/ urban area of our nation.

b) To promote voluntary organizations ( Govt. & Non Govt. Organizations ), Club's, Self help groups and other's.

c) To develop upliftment of poor farmer's and cultivator's by creation employment opportunities for their economic development.

d) To encourage self generation rural economy by opening cottage industrial centre for weaving, Knitting cane and bamboo works specially for woman of the area of operation.

e) To start small sericulture farm for rearing silk ( Mulbart ) worms and endi for providing facilities of poor farmer's and cultivator's to take weaving industry for self generation of economy.

f) To develop agriculture and live stock by scientific means disseminate knowledge of advance technology among the rural people.

g) To establish unity, tranquility and brother hood among the rural and urban people within the area of operation.

h) To promote school & hospital and health units in rural areas so as to enable the rural and urban population to get health and educational facility within easy reach.

i) To open training center for child and physically handicapped.

j) To promote proper under standing, unity, cooperation among the member's and people in general & to encourage sense of duties and to improve the standard of living in the society.

k) To take up relief measures and help the people during the time of natural calamities.

l) To promote proper training for fisherman's and other's.

m) To provide basic educational infrastructure in the areas of conception of educationally backward section of the society.

n) To promote educational activity such as adult, conformal and general education with special emphasis on female education.

o) To develop healthy institution like school, college (Jr.) Residential Schools for girls to be open various part of the state.

p) Iradication of illiteracy and social evils.

q) Control alarming growth of population.

r) To promote sports, culture and recreational educational facilities specially to boys, girls and youths in rural area.

s) To promote voluntary organisation by helping aids through cultural show, game, sports, cinema show lottery etc.& supply them necessary equipments.

t) To promote concept of technical education among the general people.

u) To encourage promotion of agriculture, sericulture, floriculture and Horticulture.

v) To undertake any other activity which will benefit a particular group of people as well as the general member's or specially minority backward people.

w) To sponsor finance and other help to handicapped orphans/ riot victims/ Natural calamities victims and other backward people of the society.

x) To undertake industrial activity in order to generate employment opportunities.

y) To provide render necessary service to the needy person's.

z) To provide and coordinate voluntary works, in the field of environment awareness and environment related works in grassroot as a resource agency by initiate the scheme and implement the same.
