4. Objects: ( a ) To promote & develop local culture, customs, history, tradition etc. for the development of Tourism and local tourist spot in co- ordination with Government and other agencies.

( b ) To take welfare schemes for men, women and children of SC, ST, ( Both Plains & Hills ), Tea & Tea garden workers, minorities and other backward classes for implementation.

( c )  To provide help to the landless people through wasteland development scheme from any institution (Private or govt. sources ).

( d ) To provide help to the farmers for production of quality products of Agriculture. sericulture, horticultural products and provide them necessary kinds, kits, equipment's saplings, plants etc. from any source.  

(e) To  form local club, association, SHG, FMC for upliftment and economic development for our society,

5. a) Qualification to become members : Membership will be opened all qualified young who are 18 years old and bonafied Indian citizen and ordinarily residence of our operational area. also mentally sound and social one.
